Shine Rhodes Style Flying V Electric Guitar
Shine Flying V style electric guitar with basswood body and flamed maple top. Basswood is a rather misunderstood tonewood, often used in sub £350 guitars it actually has a nice snappy tone but with a good low end accentuation. The grain it offers is not that impressive, but on this Shine model the top is flame maple, allowing the transparent amber finish to really show off the spectacular grain. The maple also allows a bit more top end to come through so overall it's got great tone woods for such a low price.
The 22 frets sit on a rosewood fingerboard and the hard maple neck, it's easy for us to get this guitar setup with fast low action allowing speedy metal playing to be executed without much effort.
