Returns Policy.
Once your goods are delivered, you have 14 days to decide that you definitely want to keep the goods (online orders only). If you decide an item is not suitable, you can return it back to us for a no quibble refund, providing it’s returned in new condition with the original boxes and packaging, a copy of the original sales invoice must also be included. Please note however, that delivery charges (if any) can not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning an item under our 14 day money back guarantee. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged during transit to you, please inform us within seven days of receipt and we’ll quickly replace the item for you free of charge. Guarantees.

All our goods are supplied with a minimum of 1 year’s warranty unless stated as being 'used' in which case the goods are supplied with a 30 day guarantee. If your goods become defective and are reported within that time, we will quickly repair or replace the item for you.
